wow great

great imitation of how pointless COPS is... and how funny too

pretty cool how you got the camera to move around like someone was actually holding it.

some areas to work on:
-Voice synchronizing.
-Line color (some part's it was gray and some times it was black, idk if that was on purpose or not)

i'm not really a fan of Dragon ball z... in fact, i hate the series.
But i love anime, and i love stick figures, and this has both!! This has got to be one of the coolest stick figure animations i've ever seen anywhere.

well, there are alot of thigns that you can use do to improve:
1.) Make a preloader or use NG's preloader
2.) Add sound!!
3.) And make more so when i start getting into it i dont get bored

suggestions:
You can make a couple more attempts, and maybe add a little violence.. unless, thats not your style
